The hotel had a fabulous room, very clean and with a very comfortable bed, although the view wasn't nice. However, there was a Cockroach in the shower, and the bed and sheets were not comfortable at all.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious, well-kept, and in a beautiful location with a specific view, but there was a persistent rattle and knock that felt unsettling all night and the room temperature was uncomfortably high. The service was top-notch, with attentive and efficient staff who were accommodating in every way. The location offered stunning views and was great for exploring the nearby University, although there were some functional issues in the room I was in. The dining experience was satisfactory, with some issues with the cleanliness of the bed sheets upon arrival that were promptly resolved. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel had some mixed aspects to it. The rooms smelled a bit musty and the advertised pull-out sofa bed was not as clean as expected, but the beautiful room with a fantastic rain shower made up for it. The service was friendly but not always helpful, and the location offered both positives and negatives. The dining experience was a bit pricey for what was offered. However, the facilities were generally good.
